Surf and Turf Twist
Roast beef & crab may sound like a strange pairing but with blue cheese and this creamy tarragon dressing they're a match made in heaven. Pair this with a nice crusty roll, if you have the ability a good CA style sourdough and you have an amazing meal. The weights below for ingredients are just general, make this as big as you like.
Ingredients
- butter lettuce or salad green of your choosing
- Ā¼ lb roast beef sliced thin
- 2 oz crab meat
- 2 mushrooms sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes halved
- Ā¼ cup garbanzo beans
- Ā½ oz blue cheese crumbles
- 3 artichoke hearts
Tarragon Dressing
- ā cup sour cream
- ā cup mayonnaise
- Ā½ tbsp lemon juice
- Ā¼ tsp tarragon
- ā tsp dry mustard
- ā tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Gather all salad items on plate and chill for 15 minutes
- Make dressing and drizzle over the top
