Need a light, zesty meal that doesn’t feel like a sad desk lunch? Something that actually tastes like you gave a damn, but won’t leave you sweating over a hot stove in the middle of July?
Enter: the Salmon & Orange Salad for One. It’s everything a summer meal should be—cool, bright, and bold enough to wake up your taste buds. Juicy orange slices, flaky salmon (hello, healthy protein), and a vinaigrette with just enough bite to keep things interesting.
This is not one of those limp lettuce situations. Nope. This salad has personality. It’s the kind of dish you’d expect from a café charging $17, but you’re making it yourself in 10 minutes or less, no oven, no pan, no mess.
Eat it at your desk, on your porch, at the beach—wherever you want to feel like you’ve got your life together (or at least your lunch game).
What Makes This Salad Awesome:
- No stove, no sweat. Perfect for hot days, lazy days, or “I can’t even” days.
- Packed with flavor. Sweet citrus, savory salmon, a zingy vinaigrette—no boring bites.
- Ready in minutes. Assemble, drizzle, devour.
Trust me, this is the kind of salad you’ll actually look forward to eating. Make it once and it just might end up on repeat.
