Instructions
Sauté shallots and garlic in butter and oil for a few minutes to let them sweat and become slightly translucent, don't let them brown
Add pumpkin, cream, stock and stir
Add spices and stir
Simmer until saucy (2-3 minutes)
Toss with pasta
Top with parmesan
