Brown Butter Corn
This is my "fancy restaurant side dish in 10 minutes" move. Three ingredients, one pot, and suddenly corn tastes like you put actual effort into Thanksgiving. Brown butter does all the heavy lifting.

Instructions
Melt and brown butter - be careful butter goes from brown to burned very quickly
Add garlic and sauté till fragrant, about a minute
Add corn, stir and heat through
