Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉
Whisk together sugar, egg and vanilla until very light in color
Melt butter and chocolate chips over a medium stove until smooth and no chocolate chunks remain
Add chocolate to egg mixture and mix thoroughly
Mix together flour and cinnamon, add to wet and stir thoroughly scraping edges of bowl as you go
Pour into prepared ramekin and bake for 15 minutes
Upon pulling from oven, place plate over ramekin and invert on counter for 30 seconds.
Carefully remove ramekin, cut in, enjoy
